1) What sets your services apart from most other web hosting and design companies?
JDProviders distinguishes itself by working directly with clients to provide quality hosting and create web sites that meet your business needs.

2) What if I need additional updates to my site?
JDWebHost offers three (3) minor updates per year at no charge. If an additional or a major update is desired then our standard rate of $30/hr. will apply for adding content provided by the client. Payment terms are 30 days.

3) Why do I have to pay for hosting on an annual basis?
This allows us to keep costs low by eliminating the need for monthly invoices.

4) What resolution are your web site pages designed for?
Our economical sites are optimized for a screen resolution of 1024 pixels in width.

5) Who owns the web site that is created for me?
JDWebHost owns the web site in its entirety with the exception of client supplied content.

6) Is advance notice required to terminate JDWebHost services?
Yes, a 30 day notice in writing or via e-mail is required.

7) Can I move my web site to another hosting company?
Since the web site is the property of JDWebHost, it can not be moved to another hosting company. However, you are free to take the content that you supplied to another web design and hosting company if you so choose.

8) What's the cost of adding a significant amount of new content or pages to my website?
JDWebHost will work with you to add additional pages or content at the rate of $30/hr.

9) How can I send graphic files or other content to JDWebHost that's too large to send in an e-mail?
There is a way to upload files to the JDWebHost server which is more reliable than sending large amounts of data via e-mail. For more information on using our Uploader please click here.

10) What if I require custom graphics design work for a logo or some other need?
JDWebHost will get you a quote for any custom graphics design work that you may require.
